PRESCHOOL CLASSES
Our Preschool Gymnastics Programs introduces children ages 2 and up to the world of gymnastics in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment designed just for young learners.
Using our state-of-the-art facility, age appropriate equipment, and creative lesson plans, children build coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and foundational gymnastics skills all while developing confidence and independence.
Our preschool classes are about more than gymnastics! Children also learn valuable skills such as listening, taking turns, following directions, trying new things, and participating as part of a group. These important skills help children grow both inside and outside the gym.
GYMTOTS (AGES 2-3)
This is a 40-minute parent and child gymnastics class in which an adult participates alongside the child, helping provide support and supervision during activities. The program introduces basic gymnastics skills while promoting strength, coordination, motor development, and self-confidence through exploration and age-appropriate preschool gymnastics equipment. Lessons are designed to support both fine and gross motor skill development based on each child's size and developmental stage.
GYMKIDS (AGES 3-4)
Get ready to move, play, and have fun! Each 45-minute class begins with an exciting, age-appropriate warm-up before children head onto the gymnastics equipment to explore new skills and build confidence.
Using our entire gym, athletes move through fun, structured circuits designed to develop coordination, balance, strength, and both fine and gross motor skills. With plenty of encouragement and opportunities to try new things, children can learn at their own pace while having a great time.
We also offer creative theme weeks throughout the year to keep classes fresh, exciting, and engaging!
KINDERKIDS (AGES 4.5-6)
KinderKids is designed for children who are ready to take the next step toward our school-age gymnastics program!
This 45-minute or 1-hour co-ed class bridges the gap between preschool and school age gymnastics by combining the fun and excitement of obstacle courses with more structured gymnastics instruction.
Children will build strength, coordination, balance, confidence, and gymnastics skills while learning to follow directions and participate more independently.
