Vacation Programs

Head Over Heels offers fun and flexible daytime programs for kids of all abilities (pre-school and up) during all school vacations and during the Summer.  Children are grouped by age and ability, so whether you are just starting out or are an advanced gymnast, you will have both a fun and challenging experience here at Head Over Heels!  We offer partial week options, family discounts and an extended day program (great for working parents)!

HOH will help your child reach his or her PERSONAL BEST with:

  • Fun weekly fitness challenges
  • Skill building clinics
  • Ninja style challenges
  • Strength and cardio activities

… all in our fully air-conditioned gym!

For your convenience, registration is available through the online parent portal on our website.  You may also call and complete registration over the phone. We cannot accept registration without at least a $75.00 deposit for each week of gymnastics your child is attending.  The balance is due prior to the first day of each week attending.  Deposits and tuition are non-refundable regardless of attendance.

  • Summer program tuition is on a sliding scale.  The more days per week you attend, the cost per day decreases!
  • All siblings receive 20% off program tuition.

What to know!

Check in will be a little different than you are used to:

  • Upon arrival please check in at the outside check in table to complete the Gymnast Wellness Check. You must complete this wellness check each time you enter the gym for class.
  • Please do not come to class if you have been sick with a fever for at least 24 hours.
  • The early drop off/extended care has limited availability. Unless you are registered for the early drop off please do not come earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the day. Unless you are in early drop off, check in will begin at 9:15 am.
  • Due to social distancing requirements we have limited space in our lobby for spectators. Therefore, this summer our daytime programs are drop off only unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you think your child/children might have an issue with coming in by themselves, please contact our office so we can make accommodations.
  • Gymnasts must wear a mask upon entering the facility. They will wear their mask and shoes while in the lobbies but may take them off when they get to their spot inside the gym.  We have multiple sanitation stations that the kids will use inside the gym.  Coaches will wear their mask throughout the class.
  • Friends or groupings: If your child would like to be with a friend please try to notify us ahead of time.  Groups will be pre-arranged and we might not be able to accommodate the day of but we will do our best.

Dismissal: When you arrive for pick up you may park and then come to the check out table for dismissal.  Half day dismissal: 12:00 pm  /  Full day dismissal:  3:30 pm.   If your child will be picked up by anyone other than an adult, please notify our staff at check in.

What to bring!

  • Please bring a bag with you to class! All gymnasts will need to have a small bag to keep personal items with them inside the gym.  Your bag will hold your water, shoes and mask when you enter the gym.  All other items may be kept in a cubby.  We recommend having a small plastic bag for your mask or using a separate compartment.
    • Half Day Gymnasts:. Please bring your own water bottle as we are not using the water fountain at this time.
    • Full Day Gymnasts: Please make sure you have plenty of water for the whole day.  We are not using our water fountain at this time.  Gymnasts must bring their own lunch and snacks for break time.
      • Please note: we will not be taking field trips this year so you do not need to bring anything else with you.

NEW THIS YEAR!  This summer we will be utilizing our Outdoor Activity Tent for crafts, games, and lunch!

Mildly Ill Gymnasts:  Please do not send your child if they have been sick or contagious during the previous 24/48 hours.  If a child becomes sick, the parent will be called and we will determine if your child needs to be sent home.  Please have an emergency contact in our system in case a parent cannot be reached.  In the event that your child must be picked up, they will be supervised in the office until that time.

Emergency Care:  In the event that emergency care is required, our nearest emergency facility is South Shore Hospital.
