GymFest

We are very excited for our 2023 annual Gymfest Showcase! All the students have been working hard all year and can’t wait to show off what they have learned! Each Showcase should run about 45-50 minutes followed by our awards ceremony for a job well done!

There is no sign-up required as this will take place during the last week of classes; Monday June 12th through Saturday June 17th.

When is my child’s showcase?

Your child’s showcase will be held on the same day they normally come. In order to make the showcase run smoothly we have changed some of the class start times so be sure to check the times listed below for your class. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your start time.

What to wear?

Regular gymnastics attire (Girls: leotard, shorts, Boys: t-shirt and shorts/sweats bare feet). We have HOH T-shirts and leotards available for purchase in if you are interested. This is optional and not required.

What to bring?

Gymnasts do not need to bring anything with them into the gym. Parents, please keep their belongings with you to help make dismissal smoother as we will have another group coming in right after.

How long will the showcase be?

Each showcase should run about an hour.

Who can attend?

We will have plenty of room for each gymnast to have spectators come watch. There will be available spots around the walkway on the outskirts of the gym as well as our upstairs and downstairs viewing windows. Young children must be supervised and cannot be wandering throughout the facility.

5:15 Showcase – all 4:30 and 4:45 hour classes & Lindsey’s 4:45 advanced class
6:30 Showcase – ZZ’s 4:45 advanced class, all 5:45, 6:00, & 7:30 classes

Tuesday, June 13th

3:45 Showcase – all 3:45 & 4:00 classes
5:15 Showcase – all 4:30, 4:45, 5:00 & 6:00 classes

Wednesday, June 14th

4:00 Showcase – all 3:45 & 4:00 classes
5:15 Showcase – all 4:30, 4:45, 5:00 & 6:00 classes

Thursday, June 15th

3:45 Showcase – all 3:45 & 4:00 classes
5:15 Showcase – all 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, 5:45 & 6:45 classes

Friday, June 16th

3:45 Showcase – all 3:45 classes

9:00 Showcase – all 8:45 & 9:00 classes
