The Prep-Optional program is designed to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes who want to compete but want an alternative to the traditional Junior Olympic level system (1-10.) There are five levels of Prep-Optional: Rookie, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Superior. Our Prep-Optional teams work out two to three times a week for a total of 4.5 - 6 hours per week. Athletes in this program participate in gymnastics competitions throughout the season and have the opportuntiy to advance to the state meet held at the end of each season.

The Head Over Heels Junior Olympic (levels 4-10) team is committed to high standards and we strive for excellence in all aspects of gymnastics training. Our goal is for HOH gymnasts to be successful in and out of the gym, and to apply their learned self-discipline in both the gym and all areas in their lives. The compulsory levels (levels 4-6) train from 10 to 12 hours per week and the optional team (levels 7-10) train from 15 - 20 hours per week. This team requires a strong family commitment and the gymnasts have from 6 to 10 competitions per year. We also offer an excellent pre-team and TOPs program.

The HOH Boy's Team is the newest team at Head Over Heels. We strive to create a positive environment, with healthy, happy and confident athletes. We use games, sports psychology and team activities to make our training exciting and productive. The boy's teams trains 2-3 times a week for an 90 minutes. The team works on USA Gymnastics Boys Program routines, and compete in 3 to 4 competitions a year.
