Patty
was a competitive gymnast for many years in the USA Gymnastics
program as well as for Weymouth High School. She and her family
have always had a love for gymnastics, and her sister owns
2 very successful gymnastics schools in New Jersey. Patty has
been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years. She has experience
coaching all levels from preschool and recreational programs
to pre-team developmental programs and competitive team programs.
She has been directing gymnastics programs and developing lesson
plans for over 15 years. Patty is a USA Gymnastics Professional
Member and is USAG Safety Certified. She is a National and
Regional Congress attendee, First Aid & CPR Certified,
Meet Director Certified, USAG
Preschool Fundamentals Certified, and Skill Evaluator Certified.
Susan
Sasiadek Secretary/Coach
Susie
is in her 7th year as a Head Over Heels staff member. She runs
our front office and also teaches many classes in the gym.
She is a Regional Congress attendee, and is certified in USAG
Safety, American Red Cross First Aid & CPR,
as well as USAG
Preschool Fundamentals. Susie enjoys any activities that help
her and her family stay active, healthy, and happy.

Jenn
O'Neill

Jenn
was a gymnast for 16 years and competed all over Massachusetts
for both her gymnastics school and her high school. She has
been coaching for 13 years and is a USA Gymnastics Professional
Member and Regional Congress attendee and is
certified in USAG Safety,and First Aid & CPR, as well as
USAG
Preschool Fundamentals. She is also a hairdresser at Center of
Attraction in Weymouth Landing. Jenn loves kids, dogs, music
and loves to swim.
Lindsey
Kay Coach/Website Manager
Lindsey
is a Computer Teacher for grades K-8 at a school in Milton, MA. She graduated from Bridgewater State College with degrees in
Graphic Design and Psychology, and is currently in graduate school
pursuing her M. Ed in Instructional Technology. She was a gymnast
for 17 years and competed locally and nationally for both her gymnastics
school and high school. She was a level 9 USA Gymnastics
competitor as well as the captain of the Silver Lake High School
gymnastics team and earned All-Star, All-Scholastic, and MVP
honors. Lindsey has been coaching gymnastics
for 10 years and is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, Regional
Congress attendee, and is OCCS Certified. She is also certified
in USAG Safety, First Aid and
CPR, and USAG
Preschool Fundamentals.
Linda
graduated from Bridgewater State College in 2005 with a degree
in Sociology. She has 6 years of gymnastics experience and
has been coaching at Head Over Heels for 6 years. Linda is
a Regional Congress attendee and is certified in First Aid/CPR
as well as USAG Preschool Fundamentals. She is a former Bridgewater
State Cheerleader and All Star Cheerleader, and plays for a
coed soccer league. Linda is the head varsity cheerleading
coach at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham as well as a make-up
consultant in Hanover.
Courtney
graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
She was a gymnast for 12 years
and competed for 8 for her gymnastics
school and for Weymouth High School. She was also a member
of her high school's swimming
and diving team and worked as
a Certified Lifeguard in college.
She loves the beach and any other
outdoor activity and has recently started rock climbing. Courtney
has been coaching gymnastics at Head Over Heels since 2002.
She is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, Regional Congress
attendee, and is certified in USAG Safety, USAG Preschool Fundamentals,
and First Aid/CPR.
Lauren
Hawkesworth Secretary/Coach
Lauren
graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence,
Rhode Island with degrees in Criminal Justice and Political
Science. She works in our front office and also teaches classes
in the gym. Lauren was a gymnast for 13 years as a USA Gymnastics
Level 8 Competitor, an All Scholastic high school gymnast,
and the captain of the Weymouth High School Gymnastics Team.
She was also a competitive swimmer and diver for Weymouth High,
as well as a lacrosse player. Lauren has been coaching at Head
Over Heels for 9 years and is certified in USAG Safety, First
Aid and CPR, and USAG
Preschool Fundamentals.
Theresa
Neilson Coach
Theresa
has over 25 years of coaching experience and imparts to each
of her students an appreciation and respect for the sport.
Theresa was a competitive gymnast and was chosen best all around
high school competitor. As a coach, she has worked along side
Olympic Coach Bela Karolyi and has coached numerous state and
national champions. Theresa has been at Head Over Heels for
4 years now working with all levels of both men's and women's
recreational and competitive gymnastics. Theresa is is a USA
Gymnastics Professional Member, is certified in USAG
Safety, First Aid/CPR, and USAG
Preschool Fundamentals.
Rett
joined our coaching staff in the Fall of 2006 and became our
new Head Team Coach. Rett came to us from Cincinnati Gymnastics,
the home of 1996 Olympians Amanda Borden and Jaycie Phelps
as well as many National and International Team Members. While
at CGA, Rett was the Junior Olympic Program Director for levels
4-elite as well as the Head Level 7 and 8 coach. She was also
the floor coach for levels 6-10 and coached the 2006 Level
10 National Floor Champion, 2 2006 Level 9 Eastern Floor Champions,
and many state and regional floor champions. In addition, she
coached 4 2005 TOPS National Team Members. Rett is a USA Gymnastics
Professional Member, a level 10 judge, is Level 2 PDP Certified,
and is First Aid & CPR
Certified.
Josselyn
Palmer Coach
Josselyn
has been coaching gymnastics for over 15 years, including 2
years in California and 7 years at Head Over Heels. She returned
to Head Over Heels in the Fall of 2005 to work with our team
programs. Josselyn is a mother of 3 with two of her children
already in the Head Over Heels program. Josselyn is a USA Gymnastics
Professional Member, Regional Congress attendee, and is certified
in USAG Safety, First Aid/CPR, and USAG
Preschool Fundamentals.
Alissa
Cadorette Coach
Alissa
graduated from Rockland High School and is now attending Bridgewater
State College. She was a Head Over Heels gymnast for many years
and also competed for a private cheerleading club. Alissa works
with our classes, teams, birthday parties and camps
and is certified in First Aid and CPR Certified as well as USAG
Preschool Fundamentals.
Erica
Kay Coach
Erica
is a freshman at Stonehill College. She was a member of the
Head Over Heels Prep-Op team which competes in USA Gymnastics
competitions. She was also a member and captain of the Pembroke
High School Gymnastics Team, where she earned 2005 and 2006
Patriot League All-Star Awards. Erica is certified in First
Aid and CPR Certified as well as USAG Preschool Fundamentals.
April
Peterson Coach
April
began working at Head Over Heels in the summer of 2007. She has
been involved with gymnastics her entire life and competed both Nationally and Internationally for Buckeye Gymnastics in Westerville, OH. She received a scholarship to
Ohio State University where she was a 3-year letter winner and was voted Most Improved Gymnast and Most Dedicated Gymnast. April has been coaching all levels of gymnastics, 1-10, for 12 years. At Head Over Heels, she works primarily
with our girls teams. She loves to workout and competed as a professional fitness competitor for 5 years. April recently moved to this area from Ohio after her husband received a job promotion, but is still a die-hard Buckeye fan! She has 2 beautiful daughters who may be future HOH gymnasts. April is a USA Gymnastics Professional
Member, and is certified in First Aid/CPR as
well as USAG Preschool Fundamentals.

was a competitive gymnast from Weymouth, MA for many years.
He is now working with our girls and boys recreational and team programs
as well as our birthday parties. Eric is certified in USAG Preschool
Fundamentals.
Joanie

Joanie
is a speech assistant in Quincy and was just married this spring!
Previously, Joanie was in charge of the after-school program
at South Elementary School in Hingham. She also works with the
Weymouth Recreation Department. Joanie coaches some of our preschool
and recreational classes and helps with our special events.
She is certified in First Aid and CPR as well as USAG Preschool
Fundamentals.
Daniella
Jordan Coach
Daniella
graduated from Marshfield High School in 2006 and is a sophomore
at UMass Boston. She was a dancer at Dance Carousel in Scituate,
MA for 14 years. As a dancer, she competed locally and nationally
for 8 years. Daniella taught dance for 3 years and has been teaching
gymnastics at Head Over Heels since February of 2007. She works
with our preschool and recreational programs as well as our birthday
parties and is certified in USA Gymnastics Preschool Fundamentals.

is a high school student from Rockland and has been a cheerleader
and Head Over Heels Gymnast for many years. Nikki works with
our preschool and recreational classes as well as our birthday
parties and is certified in USAG Preschool Fundamentals.

Michele
has coached gymnastics for 6 years, 3 of which have been at
Head Over Heels. She was a gymnast for over 10 years and competed
locally when she was a teenager. Michele works
with our preschool and recreational programs as well as our mini
camp program and is certified in First Aid/CPR as well as USAG
Preschool Fundamentals.
John Eggers Coach
John was a gymnast for many years and competed for the University of Massachusetts. He now works with our boys programs here at Head Over Heels and has 2 sons in the program.

is a sophomore at Scituate High School where she runs cross-country
and track. She is a member of the Head Over Heels prep-op team and
also competes for the Hingham-Scituate High School Gymnastics Team.
Megan works with our preschool and recreational programs and is certified

Nicolette
is a sophomore at Hanover High School where she is on the Field
Hockey and Track teams. She was a Head Over Heels gymnast for
many years and also participates in horseback riding. Nicolette
works with our preschool and recreational programs.
