We are here to help out in any way we can. It is our hope that you and your child have a rewarding time here with us. All classes are called in & dismissed from upstairs. For safety reasons . . . No parents or siblings should enter the gym at any time. Gymnasts must sign in and out at the front desk. No flash photography is allowed in the gym. Children should not be left unattended in the upstairs observation room. FAQ’s Q: When I enroll for a class, how long is my child enrolled for? A: Your initial payment and annual member fee ensures your child’s spot in his/her class for the remainder of the school year providing that subsequent payments are made by the Priority Payment Dates. Your child will be un-enrolled per your verbal or written request to the office. Q: May my child start your program after the year begins? A: Your child may join our classes at any time during the year. Our programs are designed to challenge your child at his/her own level at any point during the year. We will pro-rate your tuition depending on your start-date. Q: What should my child wear to class? A: Girls may wear a leotard or well-fitting shorts and a T-shirt. Boys may wear a T-shirt and shorts/sweatpants. We ask that long hair be pulled back from the face and that your child refrain from wearing any jewelry. Bare feet are preferred. Q: May I watch my child’s class? A: Both the downstairs lobby and the upstairs observation room are available for you to enjoy watching your child’s class. Please keep in mind that your child’s focus and attention are an important aspect of their class, so please refrain from banging on windows or calling in to your child. If you do need to speak to your child for any reason, the office staff will be more than happy to assist you. Q: Can my child make-up a missed class? A: It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class. However . . . life happens! We now offer unlimited make/up classes any of the other classes during the week for your child’s age and level. All make/up classes must be scheduled in advance as we do limit the number of children in each class. Failure to show up for a scheduled make-up class will result in the loss of that make-up class. Make-up classes are not guaranteed as they depend on class and space availability and your child must be currently enrolled in a class. Q: May we switch classes mid-year? A: We understand that switches may be necessary; however, we do ask that you keep switches to a minimum as this is in the best interest of your child. Consistency is the key to a great learning situation!
