Children are grouped by age and ability, so whether you are just starting out or are an advanced gymnast we know you will have both a fun and challenging experience here at Head Over Heels. HOH offers partial week options, family discounts, and an extended day program

Camper Requirements

All campers must have...

1. Current health form including dates of the last physical (date must be within last 2 years) and current immunizations.
2. Pick up form for non parent/guardian pick-up.
3. Medicaton forms if any medication will need to be administered while at camp.


* Our camp is in compliance with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local Board of Health.

HALF DAY CAMP

In our camp programs, the morning is dedicated entirely to gymnastics. Half day camp is best suited for those children who want to work on just their gymnastics skills. The half day program is also perfect for younger children who are nervous about being away from home for a full day. The half-day program includes structured gymnastics rotations as well as open gym time.

• Schedule, Monday-Friday 9:30-12:00
- Fun warm-up activity
- 4 gymnastics rotations
- Open workout
- Prizes

FULL DAY CAMP

Full day camp includes structured gymnastics rotations and open gym time during the morning portion of camp. Full day camp also includes lunch time, games, more gymnastics time, and swimming field trips to Webb's Pro Fitness!

- Fun warm-up activity
- 5-6 gymnastics rotations
- Popsicle break
- Open workout
- Lunch
- Swimming at Webb's Pro Fitness, Norwell, MA
- Games/Contests

Extended Day Program


Extended drop-off is available anytime after 8:00am until the start of camp at 9:30am

Late day pick-up is available from the end of camp at 3:30pm until 5:30pm.

Extended day activities include games, arts and crafts, movies and other quiet activities. Your child is welcome to bring a snack from home.





Theme of the Week, Swimming and CLINICS

Theme of the week and clinics to be announced prior to camp week

•Swimming
- Each day after lunch full day campers are given the opportunity to swim at Webb's Pro Fitness in Norwell, MA. Transportation is provided to and from Webb's Pro Fitness by HOH. Campers are supervised by Webb's Pro Fitness certified lifeguards and safety certified HOH staff members. Campers are required to provide their own swimming materials.
