Head Over Heels offers different summer and vacation camp programs for our different levels of gymnasts from preschool through team, now with even more gymnastics training than before!

Half Day Camp - Ages 5 and up

Half day camp is best suited for those children who want to work on just their gymnastics skills. In our camp programs, the morning is dedicated to entirely gymnastics. The half day program is also perfect for younger children who are nervous about being away from home for a full day.

A half day camp schedule includes:

  • Fun warm-up activity
  • 4 gymnastics rotations
  • Popsicle Break
  • Open Workout
  • Prizes


 

Full Day Camp - Ages 5 and up

Full day campers experience the same amount of gymnastics in the morning as the other campers, but also enjoy lunch, swimming, arts and crafts, more gymnastics rotations, skill building clinics, games, contests, and prizes!

Full day schedule:

  • Fun warm-up activity
  • 5 - 6 gymnastics rotations
  • Popsicle Break
  • Open Workout
  • Lunch
  • Swimming and Field Trips
  • Games/Contests
  • Skill Building Clinics
  • Prizes

Mini Camp - Ages 3 to 5

Mini Camp is our newest camp program developed for our preschool and kindergarten age gymnasts. Similar to our gymkids class program, children spend time on all of our different gymnastics apparatus. Mini camp runs from 9:00 - 11:30 Monday through Thursday.

Mini Camp Schedule:

  • Fun warm-up including music and props
  • 4 gymnastics rotations
  • Popsicle Break
  • Parachute/Games
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Prizes

~Clinic: Bridges, Backbends, Back walkovers
