Our Gym Tots program is designed for children ages 2-3 and their parents. The class begins with a fun warm-up incorporating motor and coordination skills. Each parent is expected to assist their child throughout the class. After the warm-up the children move to different areas of the gym, working on all of the gymnastics apparatus within a few weeks. These classes run for 4
0 minutes.

Gymkids / Kinderkids

The Gymkids and Kinderkids program is for children ages 3 -
6. Like the Tiny Tots program each class begins with a fun warm-up and then moves to the gymnastics equipment to begin learning the basic gymnastics skills. The classes are fun and energetic; instruction is provided on all equipment in the gym which is based on a developmentally appropriate manner. Gymkids and Kinderkids will enjoy different theme weeks, such as teddy bear week, pajama week, and beach week! These classes are 50 minutes long.

Boys & Girls Classes

We have boys and girls classes for all abilities for children ages 5 and up. At this age, we begin to seperate the boys from the girls in order to focus on the proper gymnastics events. Classes are offered all through the week for beginner to advanced gymnasts (level 1-
4 and Advanced.) Classes are divided by age and ability, and usually run for 1 to 2 hours.

This class is a multi-level tumbling class. It is geared towards each gymnasts individual abilities. It is geared towards students who love to flip! Students in this program will use the trampoline, tumble track (long trampoline), spring floor, air floor, and foam pit. This program is great for cheerleaders who are looking to get their back handspring and other skills necessary for try-outs or competitions.
